Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Retrofire LLC (“we”, “us”), a Georgia company, covering your use of the Mornin’ app. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
The app
Mornin’ is an alarm clock. It also offers wake-up missions, morning routines, a commute planner, weather, streaks and statistics.
Alarms are not guaranteed
This matters more than anything else here, so it is not buried. Do not rely on Mornin’ alone for anything critical. An alarm can fail to ring for reasons outside our control, including your phone being switched off or out of battery, your notification, Focus or volume settings, iOS stopping the app, or a software or device fault. If missing a wake-up would be seriously costly to you, set a second alarm on another device.
Some missions, such as the photo, barcode and light missions, stop the alarm only once they are completed. Choose missions you can always complete. An alarm stops ringing on its own after two hours at most.
The commute and leave-by times the app shows are estimates based on Apple Maps traffic data. They can be wrong, so leave yourself a margin.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Your account
You need an account to use Mornin’. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep your email address current.
You can delete your account at any time: in the app, open Settings, tap your account at the top, then Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms or the law.
Mornin’ Pro subscriptions
Mornin’ gives you 7 days free from the day you first open it. The app counts those days itself, nothing is charged during them, and you are not asked for payment details to start. When they run out, the app locks until you subscribe. Alarms you have already set keep ringing, and you can turn them off from behind the lock.
- Mornin’ Pro is sold through the App Store for $7.99 per month or $39.99 per year, depending on the plan you choose. Prices in other countries are set by Apple’s local pricing and shown before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- If the App Store offers you a free trial when you subscribe, it turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in the iPhone Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policy, not by us.
- Prices, plans and features may change. A price change to an existing subscription takes effect at your next renewal, and you will be told in advance.
Your use of Mornin’ is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mornin’ to break the law, do not try to break into or disrupt the app or its servers, do not reverse engineer it except where that right cannot legally be excluded, and do not resell or redistribute it.
Your content
Anything you create in the app, including your alarms, routines, written reason and photos, stays yours. We claim no ownership of it. Some of it is copied to your account; the Privacy Policy says exactly what, and what never leaves your phone.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date at the top, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
